You don't need a personal brand, a ring light, or a hundred thousand followers. You need one repeatable format and the discipline to run it weekly.

"I'm not a content person" is the most common objection I hear before this exercise, and it's usually true — and also beside the point. The founders who build an audience this way aren't performing a personality. They're running one narrow, repeatable format long enough for it to compound, which is a process problem, not a charisma problem.
The format that travels best for founders is the smallest true story from that week: one decision, one number, one mistake, told in under 150 words with no framing device around it. Not a thread. Not a listicle. One observation, posted at the same time every week, for at least twelve weeks before you're allowed to judge whether it's working.
The flywheel, in order
Post the small true thing → someone replies with their version of it → that reply becomes next week's post → repeat. You are not creating content. You are running a very slow, very cheap focus group.
