Ten interviews down this week. Nine said the problem was real, one told me to get a job. Calling that a 90% validation rate.

Unrelated but useful: I automated the interview note-taking with a transcription webhook into Notion. Two hours a week back. Happy to share the recipe in #ai-ops.

Just wrapped the PMF module. The "very disappointed" test is brutal but so clarifying. Turns out I was building for the wrong persona entirely.
